Valence Security is an Auckland-based security systems company. We install and maintain CCTV, alarm, and access control systems for residential and commercial clients across the greater Auckland region.

We do not collect any payment information, and we do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.

4. Third-party services

Our contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form submission service. When you submit the form, your data is transmitted to Web3Forms' servers and then forwarded to our email inbox. Web3Forms does not store your submission data after delivery. You can review their privacy policy at web3forms.com.

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard web server logs (IP addresses, browser information) as part of their infrastructure. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

5. How we store your information

Enquiry details are received and stored in our email inbox. We retain this information only as long as necessary to fulfil your enquiry or as required by law. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
